Profound Thought:
“Play is often talked about as if it were a relief from serious learning. But for children play is serious learning. Play is really the work of childhood.”
-Fred Rogers

Random Thought:
What are 3 things that you feel really grateful for? Big things or small things, take a minute to jot them down on paper or your phone. Keep doing this every single day and I promise you, you will see yourself and the world around you with happier eyes. I love my daily gratitude journal and I even find myself writing about moments in a day that may have challenged me… now I’m grateful for them… even though in the past perhaps I wouldn’t appreciate the fact that it was a teachable moment or something that made me better. I’d just be kind of frustrated at the stumbling block. Developing a habit of seeing the things in your life from a place of gratitude is an amazing gift that you can give yourself… and it of course spills over into the lives of those around you. Have a great week, everyone!!
